Travel Anywhere

Crossrail arrives at Goodmayes from December 2019

When the route fully opens, passengers will be able to travel through central London without having to change trains.

Goodmayes is within easy commuting distance to central London with excellent transport links. Trains currently operate from Goodmayes station to London Liverpool Street with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes. Crossrail is due to start operating from Goodmayes station in 2019 and will vastly improve journey times to the City, West London and beyond. You can also pick up services to Gidea Park and Shenfield.

If you’re travelling by car, the A13, A12, M11 and M25 are all within a short drive so getting out of town and into Essex, Kent and East Anglia couldn’t be easier. You will also have easy access to the North Circular Road which links to High Road and Green Lane.

There are a number of local bus routes operating in the area and of course you can always hop on your bike to enjoy the local amenities.

Take the train and you can be at Stratford International in just over 30 minutes, or just 13 minutes on Crossrail, where you can pick up Javelin connecting to Eurostar for France and the rest of Europe.

A Perfect Partnership

  • You should have access to savings to cover the cost of  the mortgage deposit, mortgage valuation or survey, legal fees and stamp duty (where applicable).
  • Priority will go to people who live or work in the London Borough of Redbridge.
  • Gross household income must not exceed £90,000 per annum.
